A FITNESS BOOT CAMP
is a type of group physical training program conducted by our trainers in groups. These programs we offer are designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals over an hour period of time.
Our Boot Camps are put together with a conditioned client in mind. All stations and exercises are implemented with the intention of extending the client as far as they can go using stamina, endurance, strength, flexibility, and overall conditioning while having a little fun at the same time. Most of our boot camps are mobile taking place at various local parks and locations.
Camp Size: 2 – 20 participants
Equipment: Tires, Heavy Dumbbells, Rope, Barbells, Bands and Balls
