TRAINING A FITNESS BOOT CAMP is a type of group physical training program conducted by our trainers in groups. These programs we offer are designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals over an hour hour period of time. BOOT CAMP Boxing is considered the most Spartan of forms of sports training. This is done in groups, one on one. And for more advanced clients, Sparring is “practice fighting” with the aim of training skills and fitness, not to determine a winner. BOXING We motivate our clients by setting goals & providing feedback and accountability to clients. Trainers also measure the client’s strengths and weaknesses with fitness assessments. Fitness assessments may also be performed before and after an exercise program to measure client’s improvements in physical fitness PERSONAL TRAINING Just Like our Personal Training, But with your friends or colleagues or you can choose to be part of a pot luck group Held to the same high standards of the one on one training, but with a little friendly completion and support Come Join Us SMALL GROUPS
