HIIT takes your breath away (in a good way)! The class is designed to challenge the cardiovascular system by taking you to your limit. Breaks are taken but kept to a minimum – remember this is HIIT!

Indoor cycling has become one of the most popular cardio and calorie burning workouts for fitness enthusiasts. Each ride is adapted to meet your goals and abilities with guidance from our instructors. It’s your ride – you control how hard, how far and how much you push yourself. With energizing music and motivating instructors, it’s fun and rewarding.

Maximum Fitness classes are intense and uptempo all the way. The emphasis is on challenging your fitness level through the use of your own body weight and a variety of fitness tools.

Just like the name suggests, the class has been formulated to melt that fat! The combination of workout tactics was put together to burn 700-800 calories per hour! This class will leave you exhausted and exhilarated.

This class is all about aerobic exercise. Power hour is designed to get your heart pumping and your feet stepping. Great workout to get you back to proper fitness.
